The target of the company is to find a proper balance between usual chartering activity and similar operations such as acquisition of commercial deals like TC and contracts of affreightment.

The company is part of Banchero-Costa Group and is located in the same building in the very centre of the city of Genoa. The Group relationships are creating synergies and new business opportunities, with an eye to the biggers sizes upto Capesize vessels, but also to the shipping insurancies and Protection and Indemnity Clubs.
